West Coast is hosting a Wellness Retreat to encourage self focus and new perspective.

Upon arrival you will be handed a superfood juice from Og Juice and optional coffee from KrackHouse Coffee. We will be offering yoga with Havi and D Andre followed by meditation with Ashley.

Next, we will be offering a sound bath from Jen and a mindset reset with Amanda. After we complete all our activities we will follow up with live music, food and a mimosa bar.

Our event will take place in the exquisite and private garden of Danza Del Sol winery. It is on a 40 acre vineyard in the heart of Temecula Valley Wine Country.
